convenient downtown Chicago location, look no further than
the Chicago Education & Conference Center. Located along
the Chicago River on Wacker Drive, we have combined the
art and science of hosting a business meeting or conference
ensuring every event is a success.

The Art
When you walk down the marble-lined hallway
you will find two sophisticated conference
rooms, each surrounded with beautifully carved
wood panels, 18 foot high ceilings and a full
1,750 square feet of meeting space with
seating for up to 68. You will also be surprised
to learn that by simply removing the soundproof
dividing wall the two rooms can be combined
for 3,500 square feet and seating for up to
136 participants.

The Science
In addition to our elegance, you will find state-ofthe-
art technology. Unlike most conference
centers which charge you outrageous fees for
equipment, these two conference rooms come
complete with wireless internet access, computer
data projection, audio and video conferencing,
white boards, tablet PC’s and document
projection at no extra cost. We even include our
on-site technology staff, ensuring your conference
will proceed flawlessly.

Additional Services
At Chicago Education & Conference Center you
will enjoy a scenic and comfortable reception
area, access to our full kitchen, complimentary
continental breakfast and all day coffee service.
You can visit the vending area for a quick snack
or step outside and savor dozens of world-class
restaurants. If requested ahead of time we can
even assist you in having your event catered by
an outside vendor. Finally, you will find ample
parking and train stations just around the corner.

Rates & Location Information
The Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has just completed the renovation of our meeting rooms and conference center in the Chicago Loop. We would like to extend you an invitation to visit our new facility at 205 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 202, located directly across the river from the Merchandise Mart.
Our state-of-the-art conference facility can be rented on a daily basis for one low flat fee. Unlike many other conference facilities we do not charge extra for meeting equipment. Please reference the chart below to see what is included in our daily rate.

Our conference facility has a total of 3,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 136 participants. The space can be partitioned in half to make two equal rooms, each with 1,750 square feet.
Our low daily rate is $1,000 for one 1,750 square foot classroom or $1,800 for both classrooms. We believe our pricing, which includes everything listed above, is the best value in the Loop.
